Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Video Producer or equivalent role

- Proficient in camera, lighting & audio techniques
- Proficient in the Adobe suite, especially Premiere & After Effects
- Must live locally, as this is not a remote position
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This position is non-exempt and, thus, paid on an hourly basis. The hourly wage range for this position is $30-$32. The listed range applies exclusively to base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation may be adjusted for experience, training, company needs, and other factors.

What You'll Do
As a Video Producer, you will help create videos from conception to final delivery and beyond. You should have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing and filming in a variety of industries, using best practices to achieve a seamless transition from concept development to final execution. Duties will occasionally include working with our creative team on various projects, including website videos, motion graphics, social media reels, and capturing stock footage-like clips. Photography experience is a plus.
Some specific responsibilities include:
- Shooting and editing multiple videos a week
- Shooting and editing various styles of video for multiple industries
- Creating motion graphics for various styles of video for multiple industries
- Creating animated logos for various organizations
- Working alongside the creative team during pre-production sessions and production shoots
- Operating DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema cameras
- Creating an appropriate scene using various lights and lighting techniques
- Recording and editing audio (i.e., voice, sound effects, music)
- Ability to stay current with video trends
