We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented professional to join Archer & Hound Advertising’s branded merchandise division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and turning thoughtful conversations into long-term partnerships.

Our ideal candidate is curious, self-motivated, and confident—someone who sees sales not as transactions, but as an opportunity to help clients strengthen their brands through well-executed, on-brand merchandise solutions. You’re comfortable owning your pipeline, collaborating with internal teams, and following projects through from first conversation to final delivery.

What You'll Do

The Sales Representative will be responsible for growing and managing client relationships related to branded merchandise, promotional products, and custom goods. You’ll manage the full sales cycle while working closely with internal production teams and trusted vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Some specific responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting, developing, and managing new and existing client accounts
  • Consulting with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and brand needs
  • Recommending branded merchandise solutions that build awareness and solve real business problems
  • Preparing quotes, presentations, and proposals tailored to client objectives
  • Coordinating with internal production teams and external vendors to ensure accurate order processing
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through order completion and follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate sales activity records in CRM systems
  • Meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and performance benchmarks
  • Staying informed on product trends, materials, and industry best practices

What Would Set You Apart (Preferred)

  • Prior sales or account management experience
  • Experience upselling or cross-selling products strategically
  • Familiarity with branded merchandise, promotional products, or print production
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
