Serving as the link between Archer & Hound’s clients and the teams that drive their brands, Alycia has hit the ground running as an Account Coordinator. Before earning her bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Fresno State, she joined Archer & Hound as a social media intern, getting a head start on learning about all of our clients and processes. Alycia’s marathon approach to her work propelled her into the position she now holds, supporting the accounts department by coordinating and relaying communication about ongoing projects and upcoming campaigns. Alycia values the collaborative, supportive environment at Archer & Hound, and she’s yet to find a problem that couldn’t be solved with the help of her team.
The type of person who plans her own birthday and dinner parties for fun, Alycia believes in staying prepared and seeing things through. Her vibrant energy translates to a perpetually on-point and ever-vigilant stance, meaning we’re all ready for whatever is to come. With her helpful mentality and positive attitude, Alycia is sure to go the distance when it comes to doing our best for the clients we serve.
Always maintaining a mindset for businesses, she started her first company when she was 14 years old, creating and selling custom doll clothing. Alycia continues to be a natural leader, as co-founder and president of an all-girls run club, Valley Girls Run Club.
