As an Account Coordinator, Alycia serves as the link between Archer & Hound’s clients and our team members. Her marathon approach to her work makes her perfect for her current position, supporting the accounts department by coordinating and relaying communication about ongoing projects and upcoming campaigns. Focused on bringing the right pieces and people together, she understands the specific steps each team member must take in order to satisfy our clients’ needs and goals. Alycia values the collaborative, supportive environment at A&H, and she’s yet to find a problem that couldn’t be solved with the help of her team.

The type of person who plans her own birthday and dinner parties for fun, Alycia believes in staying prepared and seeing things through. Her vibrant energy translates to a perpetually on-point and ever-vigilant stance, meaning we’re all ready for whatever is to come. With her helpful mentality and positive attitude, Alycia is sure to go the distance when it comes to doing our best for the clients we serve.

Before earning her bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Fresno State, Alycia joined Archer & Hound as a social media intern, receiving valuable real-world experience and a head start on learning about all of our clients and processes.

Community Involvement

Always maintaining a mindset for businesses, Alycia started her first company when she was 14 years old, creating and selling custom doll clothing. She continues to be a natural leader, as co-founder and president of an all-girls run club, Valley Girls Run Club.
