Create a Support Ticket

If you’ve found an issue on your website or another digital platform managed by the Archer & Hound team, please create a Support Ticket using this form.

Once your Ticket has been submitted, you will receive an automated email response with a copy of the information you provided for your reference. On the next business day, you will receive an email from a team member with your Support Ticket number and any follow-up questions. Once our team has resolved your issue, you will receive a final email letting you know that your Support Ticket has been addressed, including an explanation of the error, if necessary.
