A talented creator who thinks outside of the box at every opportunity, the master of the web relies on her extensive knowledge of the fundamentals to build brands with impact. Aileen received her degree in interactive media design from The Art Institute of California and received her Master of Fine Arts from Full Sail University. After graduating first in her class, she honed her skills for more than ten years as a senior designer in Los Angeles before returning home to the Central Valley. Whether at work or at home, Aileen is always looking for opportunities to learn and link her current skills to new, innovative applications.
Inspired by the purposeful combination of form and function, Aileen is equipped with a sharp eye for detail and an emphatic belief in the importance of every element, no matter how small. Her passion for design is rooted in understanding the user experience—to her, that means recognizing other perspectives and finding out how different people approach life and its hurdles. Over the years, Aileen’s methodically creative approach has resulted in powerful visual messaging and immersive digital landscapes for organizations and causes of all kinds. Her uncanny ability to connect with others allows her to effectively design for our wide variety of clients, and in turn, her knack for brand strategy helps clients connect with their audiences.

Corgis may be small, but they have big personalities—and they clearly aren’t held back by their size. They are working dogs, and their stubborn spirit will sometimes lead them to do things the hard way, just to prove a point. Just like the Corgi, Aileen loves to be at home, surrounded by friends and family.
Aileen is both personable and highly analytical, as indicated by her high I and high C—a unique combination. She is very focused on producing the best quality possible, and her decisions are always based on the data at hand. She is flexible, approachable, and enthusiastic about her work.
