Certifications & Awards
Aileen’s work has been recognized as GDUSA’s Student to Watch in 2015. She was also awarded for Outstanding Achievement in Web Design & Interactive Media by The Art Institute of California – Los Angeles. Her passion for design has earned her three of Full Sail University’s Course Director Awards for Brand Development, Design Integration, and Design Strategies and Motivation. Her love of technology led to her group receiving first place for their Smart Cities mobile app design in the 2018 59 Days of Code competition organized by Bitwise Industries.
Aileen gives back to her local community by offering design communication counsel to help facilitate pet adoptions through the Friends of Orange Cove Animal Shelter. She regularly volunteers with Just Between Friends consignment sales. When her son, Donovan, plays soccer, she also helps coordinate Clovis Crossfire Youth Soccer U6 and U8. Her favorite national organization to support and give back to is Girls Who Code.
Corgis may be small, but they have big personalities—and they clearly aren’t held back by their size. They are working dogs, and their stubborn spirit will sometimes lead them to do things the hard way, just to prove a point. Just like the Corgi, Aileen loves to be at home, surrounded by friends and family.
Aileen is both personable and highly analytical, as indicated by her high I and high C—a unique combination. She is very focused on producing the best quality possible, and her decisions are always based on the data at hand. She is flexible, approachable, and enthusiastic about her work.
