The toddler who couldn’t stop asking why grew into the student with her hand perpetually raised, and eventually, the engaged and opinionated observer who can’t help but question the status quo. Known for her endless energy and enthusiasm, Kiley is eager to be involved with clients from the very beginning, driven by a desire to make meaningful contributions through deeper understanding. She has a lot to add to the equation—and with experience in public relations, social media, copywriting, content strategy, brand development, and organizational process development, the math typically works in our favor.
Kiley is defined by her resourceful nature, bubbly spirit, and witty comments. Her natural curiosity serves our clients well as she guides them through our brand evaluation and alignment process. With the collaboration of key team members, she focuses on uncovering potential problems and identifying solutions while connecting the dots for visuals, messaging, and marketing. Kiley earned the honor of Public Relations Graduate of the Year at Fresno State in 2015, and since then, has continued to receive recognition for her work. She was named as PRSA Central California’s 2018 Rookie of the Year and now serves on their board as a member of the Communications Committee. She has also won numerous PRSA Image Awards on behalf of Archer & Hound and our clients over the past four years. Kiley is certified in Advanced Google Analytics, HubSpot Sales, and HubSpot Inbound Marketing.
Kiley has always been passionate about giving back to her community. Most recently, she was a member of the Camp Kesem Fresno State Advisory Board, offering counsel and input to help them in their mission of supporting children through and beyond their parent’s cancer. In the past, she has also volunteered with Girl Scouts of Central California South and the Department of Media, Communications and Journalism at Fresno State.
Australian Shepherds are energetic, loyal, smart, and a little sassy, just like Kiley. They like to learn and work hard, especially when they have the opportunity to perform for others. Aussies tend to be food-motivated, and Kiley would do just about anything for a good meal—as long as it involves a sweet treat at the end.
Kiley’s highest attribute is I, but she also has high D and S, a skew that perfectly captures her love of people, collaboration, and helping others succeed. She is a passionate person with strong opinions. Eternally optimistic, Kiley tends to think big, which means she has the ability to look at the whole problem and find the best-fitting creative solutions.
