Business Development || Client Relations || Industry Research

As our New Business Manager, Troy spends his days out in the field finding potential clients for Archer & Hound. As a self-described introvert in a people-person profession, he understands how to connect on a personal level, focused on fostering mutually beneficial relationships for our business. He loves working with people who can pivot according to the circumstances, and he loves even more when his colleagues understand the many TV, movie, and music references he peppers into conversation. Observant, genuine, and humble in his approach, Troy is always broadening our horizons.

Troy has always believed that to be successful, you have to put in the work and push past challenges. After years of experience in the marketing industry, he relies on well-honed instincts to find the right time to reach out to a company and make an introduction. Once he identifies exactly what an organization needs, he ensures that we have what we need to help them accomplish their goals, whether they’re looking for a single, short-term project or an extended, objective-oriented marketing strategy. Over the course of his career, he has found his niche supporting businesses he believes in, and at A&H, he has found a team of inspired innovators ready to try new things for new clients.
