As part of Visit Cambria’s strategic tourism initiatives, we conceptualized and developed Cycle Central Coast from the ground up—building a niche brand that positions Cambria as a premier cycling destination and amplified its appeal to a highly engaged audience.

The A&H Treatment

Recognizing an opportunity to attract cycling tourism to Cambria, we created Cycle Central Coast—a brand, platform, and marketing engine designed to establish the region as a must-ride destination. We developed the brand identity, crafted compelling messaging, and built a resource-rich website featuring curated cycling routes, rider resources, and event information. Through strategic partnerships, digital marketing, and social media engagement, we positioned Cycle Central Coast as an authority in the cycling community while seamlessly integrating it into Visit Cambria’s larger tourism efforts.

The Results

Cycle Central Coast became a driving force in Cambria’s tourism strategy, enhancing the destination’s visibility and appeal to cyclists. The brand has grown into a respected name in cycling tourism, with increased website traffic, social engagement, and participation in local events, ultimately strengthening Cambria’s position in the competitive travel market. By inviting local DMOs like San Simeon to buy into the brand, we have been able to feature new routes, additional points of interest, and more cyclist-friendly stays.
