The Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District needed an impactful outreach campaign to prevent pollution in the stormwater drainage system across the Fresno and Clovis areas. We developed a bold, thought-provoking campaign to drive awareness and action.

The A&H Treatment

Given the green light to take a creative approach, we built the campaign around visually jarring metaphors that made the consequences of pollution impossible to ignore. Using imagery that connected pollution directly to drinking water, recreation, and daily life, we crafted an educational yet visceral message that left a lasting impression. To ensure widespread reach, we developed digital ads, transit advertising, basin banners, social media campaigns, and multilingual videos—all designed to make protecting the stormwater system a shared community responsibility.

Multi-Cultural Messaging

This creative was adapted in three languages on social media to deliver our message to the Central Valley.

Social Media & SEM Ads

To maximize engagement and drive action, we developed targeted social media and SEM campaigns that brought the urgency of stormwater pollution directly to the community. Through a mix of organic posts, paid promotions, and interactive elements, we reinforced the message that protecting our waterways starts with individual choices—everyday actions that impact the health of our entire region.
