Founded by husband-and-wife dentists Dr. Andrew Carranco and Dr. Beatriz Guerra, Little Dreamers Pediatric Dentistry began with a clear vision: to make dental care imaginative, inclusive, and approachable for every child and family. They partnered with Archer & Hound to bring that vision to life—seeking a brand identity that could balance warmth and wonder with professional credibility.

The A&H Treatment

Little Dreamers came to us with a name—our job was to build the world around it. Through our proprietary CORE process, we unearthed a strategy rooted in empathy, imagination, and authenticity. From defining distinct audience segments to crafting a founder-led brand narrative, we laid the groundwork for a brand that felt deeply personal and purpose-driven. Our creative team designed a logo and visual system that captured the playfulness of childhood alongside the trustworthiness of expert care. Meanwhile, our web team developed site content that was both welcoming and informative, guiding users with clarity and warmth. And to extend the brand into everyday moments, we curated and produced custom sticker merch—giving young patients a tangible, joyful connection to the practice.

From color to copy, every element echoed the founders’ care-first philosophy. The website was set to launch in tandem with the grand opening, supporting patient acquisition with streamlined service overviews and email capture features.
